Becca and her team came out and worked hard to make the house shine for our annual houseful of invitational golfers. The house is nearly 5000 square feet, soit took three people neearly 4 hours. She was on time, dI'd what was promised and it is one less thing to worry about. Thank you!

Becka jumped in and provided cleaning services for us when we suddenly needed to switch providers due to quality of work issues. Becka and her team have been responsive to all our needs, addressed concerns in a timely and professional manner, and have treated our property with the care and detail that is required for a successful vacation rental. We have received glowing reports from our guests about the cleanliness of the home. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't really comment on the rates charged for my deep cleaning as I have nothing to compare them to with what I paid although I'd say they were fair. The quality of the cleaning wasn't as good as I expected but it was acceptable and I would recommend or use them again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the size of the space, service frequency, property condition, and the specific cleaning services requested. We offer competitive rates and may provide discounts for recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, or specialty requests, and all pricing will be discussed clearly upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a conversation about their property, cleaning needs, schedule, and priorities. I then provide a clear estimate, explain the recommended services, and customize a plan that fits their needs. Once approved, we schedule the service and keep communication clear to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.”
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“With over 12 years of hands-on experience in professional cleaning, I’ve developed the skills and knowledge needed to deliver reliable, high-quality service. My background includes working with a variety of properties and client needs, which has strengthened my expertise in cleaning techniques, efficiency, organization, and customer care. I take pride in providing safe, professional, and detail-oriented service that helps clients maintain clean, healthy, and welcoming spaces.”
