The service was fantastic from the moment we contacted them for information. They always answered all our questions patiently, and the communication was wonderful. The driver was exceptionally kind and respectful. The reason I’m giving only 4 stars is because both the audio and video in the limousine didn’t work. The screen never turned on, and the music kept cutting out every five seconds, so we couldn’t enjoy the ride the way we had imagined. I believe what makes the difference between hiring regular transportation and a party limo is precisely that—the chance to celebrate with your friends as if you were in a moving nightclub. My daughter, the birthday girl, and her guests were very disappointed they couldn’t have that experience. Hopefully, this can be fixed because the service itself is excellent.

The overall experience was good, beside when the driver pulled off with the air brakes engaged. The bus smelt like burning rubber, it was hard to breathe.
