- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are available to speak about special packages. We charge based on what the client is in need of. We can charge per hour with certain events, a flat rate for special projects or something more in depth. This allows you to get exactly what you want and not be locked in one particular pricing model.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to speak at length with the client to get an overall idea of their vision. TAW does not like to set an appointment until there is a clear plan and all parties agree on the project. We prefer a Zoom call, but a phone call or text can do just fine. If it's a special project or commercial we offer script writing and will come up with the creative ideas if need be. These creatives will be presented before filming.
