Bradley was great but a woman named Karen was awful. That’s why I gave a bad review at first and I don’t know how to fix this. Bradley was doing it out of love and care for the ANIMAL but Karen was doing it for the money.

Joan responded to our request immediately. She gave me a good outline of what her training offered over the phone. During the evaluation the dogs responded to her right away and she had them doing a couple different commands during that short time. She gave us homework to give consistency to the dogs and they will be ready for the next lesson. I liked that she offered a “bundle” that is affordable and has a six week plan. Very impressed.

Joan has been great. She has really helped us to understand and train our puppy. Joan is reassuring and helpful. Joan loaned us a harness so we didn’t have to buy one just for our puppy to grow out of in a few weeks. Joan is responsive to questions and confirms appointments the day before.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is normally an evaluation so that I can gage a training program that will work for your pup. Then we implement it on my second visit.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of animals dates back to when I was 7 and a stray cat followed me home. Dogs are my passion, I train in a positive fun environment.
