He didn't clean the basement outside wall from dirt before applying tar, He didn't compact the soil which left a huge amount of soil and rocks in the area.
Because of that in last time it rained the soil under the slab collapsed and now there is a huge gap and I'm not sure how I'm gonna fill that.
If you hire him, Make sure to watch what he's doing and tell him to do it properly because he's not gonna do it the right way without supervision .
I would not recommend him to anyone.
