- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, the most basic sites will start at $500, increasing in price depending on the level of custom design and functionality. Options range from simple, one page websites all the way to more complex sites using ecommerce, elearning and reservation systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We discuss the scope of the project including: a. The number of pages b. Any requested functionality (social media integration, ecommerce, booking, etc) c. Your branding d. The timeline 2. We confirm payment and payment schedule 3. Client should begin preparing images and text if not already complete 4. We discuss whether I'll be redesigning an old site or creating a new site 5. I begin work Typically, work will be done on my development server so the client can view the site live at any time.
