Steven at Speck Designs from the start of my project he has always been professional, friendly and has always kept me informed as to what was going on. He is very personable and the one thing that I especially love about him is that he is a man of his word and if its something your not understanding he will take his time to explain things. Steven at Speck Designs always kept me informed as to what was going on. He politely asked me for more info after I realized I never provided everything that was needed for the project. He was quick and very professional! He made me feel like he cared about me and we have since continued to work together and I will use Speck Designs for their other services too, especially printing. We are a creative solutions agency that focuses on a variety of business services. Our website projects generally start at over $3,000 and take months to complete. However, we also know that not everyone is at that stage in their business, so that is why we are offering more affordable packages. We have been blessed and now we want to be a blessing to others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a questionnaire that we have a client complete. The questionnaire can be completed via an editable PDF or online via Google Forms. After the questionnaire, we build the site for all screen sizes and send a link for approval from the client. Once approved, we make any final revisions and test it on multiple browsers before making it live to the world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of customers in a variety of industries. We do our research and learn about different industries if we need to. But what we do know is web design and that is where we can help you!
