We can do the typical small odd job or the complete overhaul of a home. Have been in the construction trade for over twenty years. Commercial and residential.We strive to make our clients happy and satisfied with the job that they hired us to do. We are capable, reliable, honest and stand behind our work. Anything from grading out the yard,changing outlets, windows, doors, decks,new walkways or driveways, to a complete home remodel,or anything in between. I enjoy the things I do for several reasons. Helping the customer achieve their ultimate goal. Seeing the change in a home and the customer after the job is complete! Doing the the other jobs that most wouldn't do. It is never work, if you enjoy what you are doing!

Did an amazing job taking down a couple walls and finishing them in a timely manner. Cleaned up each day and with that, Troy has a very pleasant demeanor.

He's the person who can do some work when he's want's to do job himself but he's using just rendum unskilled people who doesn't know what he's doing or how to do and the TROY leave these guys abundant with projects, Mr. TROY is also not a committed person and always not coming the day he committed, I discussed with him on the day 1st. that we need to be done this job on time and he leave us uninformed and multiple time no show on the promised time, and last seen or contact, he took the payment on June 07th. 2017 and took all notes and pictures he didn't complete or did wrong thing or mistakes and these every thing which done wrong and i notify him then he stated that this he didn't do this was done by the guy on who i objected from day one that this guy looks lazy and with no skill he says this guy is working for him since four years and says i will always be working on this project and he will be just my helper and will not be alone but he was working a loan and make lot of mess on our project and he stated that he will be back on FRIDAY June the 09th. 2017 and i was at the property waiting till 5:30pm but he never replied neither show up, later on the JUNE 10th. 2017 at 11:12am i got his TEXT message after my multiple messages, says no i'm not there i have another job i have to get done that has been on my schedule since MARCH at the end says i will keep you posted BUT TODAY IS June 15th. 2017 12:50pm i never got any answer since that message nor through Thumbtack, i sent him multiple messages that we had to finish our job because you know we already listed this property for sale and scheduled for carpet, we can't do paint or other dirty work on our brand new Carpet and linoleum floors for what he never answered yet, i don't like to say but it's same thing as always happening with us from other handyman's when you pay them, then they don't show up later on! Now my project is hung up for unknown time and i am going to finish it by myself and going to dispute the amount he already took from us and didn't finish his job, which i hat!

Labor rate @$25.00 -$65.00 per hour. Depending on number of employees needed at the job. Working on a flat rate for common small jobs and some common large jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone conversation. Set up a time and place to meet to discuss the job at hand. Go over costs of materials and labor. Work out the contract for the job if needed.(Time and Money involved may not need one.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over twenty years experience in the construction trades. Both Commercial and Residential.Over ten years in Property Management as well.
