Once again, we thank Dave for fixing our problem. This time it was our furnace. He came out to our home yesterday and knew immediately what the problem was. He said he'd have to order the part....take maybe a couple of days. Much to our surprise, the office called us today and said Dave would be out today to install the part. What team work they have. Another office had the part in Howell and brought it to their Hartland office.So glad things worked out because it's getting into the 40's!!Thanks again Dave!!

We referred to this company by DTE and wow, we were beyond impressed! Not only was the technician prompt and thorough in taking care of our issue, but he went above and beyond in diagnosing other issues, explaining everything and letting us know what we can do for maintenance and what to look out for as signs of further problems. He actually saved our home from a potential fire by doing all he did instead of solely taking care of the issue at hand. We are so grateful and thankful and will be using this company for all of our future needs as well as referring them to everyone!

Our technician called ahead of schedule and asked if we were available to come early! He was very quick and efficient, and really freed up the rest of our day! Highly recommended!

Keitz advised that their repairmen would arrive between 9-1 and they arrived at 10am. They fixed my furnace in less than an hour and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to use Keitz again in the future.
