- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what you need and asking any questions i need to fully understand what we want to finish project to look like. For smaller jobs I have an estimate pretty quickly. For larger or more labor, intense projects I’ll schedule a quick walkthrough so there are no surprises on either side. Once we agree on the scope and pricing we will get the project on the calendar and I’ll get started on the agreed-upon date and time. Before I leave, the job site will be cleaned and we can walk through the completed work together to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started helping a local landlord repair some of his properties when I was 15 years old. After that I worked with more experience craftsman and eventually began flipping and remodeling houses on my own.
