- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the vehicle and the condition of the interior. I provide estimates upfront, and final pricing is confirmed before starting the job. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, or stain removal may increase the price slightly. I accept cash and card, and I always aim to provide high-quality service at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs and the condition of the vehicle. Then I provide a price estimate and schedule a convenient time. On the day of service, I assess the vehicle, confirm the final price if needed, and complete the detail thoroughly. I make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on experience through detailing multiple vehicles and continuously learning the best techniques for interior cleaning, stain removal, and vehicle care. I focus on using safe and effective products to deliver high-quality results.
