The news they provided wasn't great news as my septic system had failed, however they were very professional along the way. Waiting on county to have an inspection and survey.

We were selling our house and during the home inspection we found that our field had started to flood out. We weren't sure if we needed a new field or not. We called out Universal Septic to take a look and sure enough our field had failed. They were very knowledgeable in explaining everything. We got an estimate from them and 2 other companies. They came in about $1,000 cheaper than the other two bids we got. The work we got from Universal took about 4 days. It was a borderline engineered project so it took some skill in getting the job done. When it was all complete my wife and I were extremely happy with their service.
