Alejandro was trustworthy, punctual and professional in responding and completing our project (exterior framing for 9 recently installed windows.) His work was quality; especially since he constructed the metal framing by hand! We also appreciated that he was social and respectful - which we believe to be important when dealing directly with customers. He was even tolerant; addressing our two little crazy rescue Chihuahuas!

We agreed on a date, time and a price $20 lower than he asked. He canceled the appt. the afternoon before he was supposed to come. Asked if we could reschedule on a day during the week. I reached out 2 times to reschedule but did not get a reply.
