I initially hired Brian (BDB) for a GFCI electrical outlet that needed to be installed for a Toto toilet bidet. After meeting him, we agreed for him to do the install as well. It was done absolutely flawlessly. He was accommodating to my schedule, professional and very knowledgeable. Incredibly honest and decent man - I’ve had some horror stories with previous contractors on various things both small and large and was skeptical to be clear. Since then, he’s taken on 3 additional tasks / projects and done them each with perfection. He has also agreed (happily to my ears!) to take on about a dozen or more projects around the house and, for once, I can rest peacefully knowing they will each be, not only done properly, but beyond fair in price and professionalism. I’m OCD, so just the thought of anyone in my home (let alone the mess they may make / leave) is difficult for me. Well, guess what? When he’s done working in that area, it’s cleaner than how he found it! I know that may seem minor, but not to me. Respectful of your home and property, careful and cautious - think of the old adage “measure 10 times, cut once”. After years of being ripped off by half a dozen people I hired (most of them with good reviews on this very site!), feeling like an absolute fool afterwards, it’s been an IMMENSE relief to have him available to hire. Straightforward, professional and just a good person who takes complete pride in his work (and rightfully so). I simply can’t speak highly enough of both his work AND him as an individual. I have a long list of things that were left disastrous either by crooked contractors or through neglect and they’re all done or being done to perfection now. My HOME is finally in perfect hands and that means a great deal to me and my peace of mind. I literally never write reviews for anyone or anything, but felt compelled to after seeing the completely false single negative review he’s received in all his work. ALL the glowing reviews are completely true, you will not regret hiring him. Thank you Brian! If you think I’m a shill, have him give you my phone number, I’m happy to give you proof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer some services at a flat rate price. Other services such as troubleshooting and diagnostic work I have hourly rates. I work with my customers on pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a telephone conversation to get to know each other and then begin talking about the scope of work and what the customers needs are. I like to leave the customer informed on what I expect to have to do and give a very close estimate over the phone so they are not surprised in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification in HVACR mechanics, 2 years commercial training, 2 years of dyno setup and operation and 5 years performing residential electrical as a service.
