Pricing is based on the job, tasks, and distance and will not fluctuate based on the cleaning speed of your cleaners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your specific needs, priorities, and the condition of the home. Every home is different, so we take the time to ask questions and make sure expectations are clear from the beginning. For first-time clients, we typically recommend a deep or initial clean so we can bring the home up to our maintenance standard. After that, we can set up recurring service (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to keep everything consistent and manageable. Before leaving each job, we review our checklist to ensure nothing is missed. Communication is important to us, so if there’s ever something you’d like adjusted, we welcome feedback.
