As details of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) unfold, many of our clients are wondering what we are doing to keep you and your homes safe.
Like you, we are diligently monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Newsroom for updates and any changes that might affect the way we serve you and your family. We here in Michigan as cleaners are essential. We are in a position to help the battle to fight the spread of cov-19.
Currently, no one on our team has the virus, and we trust that your family is free from it as well. We have a strict policy in place to protect you and your home from the virus by using fresh and sanitized cleaning supplies for each one off our clients so there's no germs spreading from one home to another, as well as wearing disposable gloves while cleaning each home to maintain the integrity of that home without cross contamination. We have taken the cleaning course of battling coronavirus, as well as using a high-grade EPA registered # 10324-154 disinfectant,Sanitizer, Virucide, fungicide Cleaner in our clients home today.
We understand the strain this is taking on our community, so again, we understand if you must or believe you need to reschedule. Please do.
Thou we encourage you to keep regular cleaning routines to sanitize/disinfect.

T his was a moving out cleaning prior to final inspection of property by buyer. House needed cleaning. Buyers were pleasantly pleased by result. I was pleased by A-1 performance. Would use them again.

This is by far the best cleaning experience I've ever had- Amy performed a deep clean on Friday (we will be continuing bi-weekly services and my house has NEVER looked this good.
Here are the best parts: 1. SHE CLEANED EVERYTHING. and I mean everything. including our fridge, which has never looked more clean/amazing 2. She showed up 10 minutes early! (Which was amazingly kind) 3. She was quick to respond/send an invoice so we knew how much services would cost 4. We left during the cleaning (by choice) and she kept us up to date on the timing for completion
She was amazing and I highly recommend her services! I have never been so impressed/excited for someone to come again for cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a Walk-through get to understand clients needs for services, then we like to book a date for services.
I like to build a "get to know an understand my clients so we both feel comfortable when we start our cleaning date and so forth.
I enjoy meeting new people , I also enjoy helping the ones that appreciate the small things.
I really enjoy all my clients today!
