- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per shoot and anything extra is for prints or books. Certain packages have prints, books, or flash drives or DVDs included. My packages change pending on what you need. Repeat clients have an even lower set of pricing or life-time pricing pending on the type of session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we go over what is needed then I provide a quote. We pick a good date for both of us. Then I get their email and provide a contract along with suggestions sheets or questionnaires pending the type of shoot. We email/text ideas back and forth. If needed we sit down and talk about the up coming shoot and contract. Then after the shoot we still are in contact with Dropbox links, emails/text on products they are purchasing. After they receive their products we discuss other shoots or upcoming events they want shot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes and workshops on a regular basis. I am in the process of becoming a member in several photography associations. Photography is learning and changing everyday. Methods each person uses are different and with the internet learning others ways is important. The access to information is amazing. I have many friends in photography all over the world. I am continuously learning more each day.
