Introduction: I am a high-energy commercial construction manager with a no-excuses, do-whatever-it-takes attitude. My qualifications and experiences compliment my proven abilities for getting the job done on time and according to specifications. My background in project management and supervision includes the overall management of all types of commercial construction for the city of Detroit, the Detroit public schools, the state of Michigan, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and many large regional corporations. I have managed many of these projects simultaneously. I am adept in due diligence, compliance reporting, scope development, value engineering, and client interfacing, and I am able to coordinate and liaison with construction professionals as well as governmental officials.   My experience includes the direction of a wide variety of large construction projects, and I can readily understand ideas and implement effective problem-solving techniques. I am able to plan and coordinate all project phases from conceptualization to planning, scheduling, design, safety and building regulation compliance and final construction. I have a well-earned reputation for getting jobs done on time and within budget, while maintaining a safe work site.
