I can repair most problems around your home from drywall repair, tile and grout repair, caulking, and installing trim. I could also do walls in your basement, fix small electrical and plumbing problems, do faucet replacement, put screens on windows and door walls, and do small roof repairs. I have been a carpenter since 1968, and have been a handyman for the past 15 years. (I do not repair small or large appliances.) Most of my customers have work to be done for at least 2 hours, as I have a 2-hour minimum fee of $130.00 and then an hourly fee of $55.00. I do have a senior citizen's (62 years or older) discounted fee of $100.00 for 2 hours, then 40.00 per hour.
