A.J. (Jake), Is a real go getter, he was on time, kept in touch, was accommodating to my time schedule, and was reasonable priced, with quality work. Also stuck around alitte longer to look at other projects I had in mind, with good suggestions. He cleaned up his workstation, the way it was when he arrived. I will work with him in the future!!

Jake from Howell Home Services was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He assembled my bamboo electronic sitting / standing desk today with care and made sure it worked as expected (we even tested a safety feature for kids). He even customized the setup by picking up parts from Ace and installing an extension cord setup under the desk with all cords cleanly contained and connected to a surge protector at the wall. He also mounted a few items on the wall—everything perfectly level and secure. Jake communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, stayed extra time to ensure everything was finished, and showed close attention to detail. He seems knowledgeable about and experienced with a variety of home repair services, so we definitely plan to call him again in the future when we need help.
