I’ve only had an assessment and two sessions so far, but everything has been great! Mark has been having me do exercises that strengthen and don’t put strain on my back (I sustained a back injury a few weeks ago) which really helps me feel confident about exercising post injury. The exercises can be difficult but I feel like I’m making progress, especially when I learn how to use the proper form. So far a great experience!
