Introduction: I am an unlimited photographer because I think that putting a limit on things cramps creativity. I love to edit and if I take 100 pictures I would like you to use more than 5. I give you as many pictures as possible. I also accept payments to your session so everyone can afford the joys of their memories. The newest thing for me is how far my clients travel. They have come from Georgia, Ohio, Indiana and Minnesota. My thumbtack hired is not fully correct. For some reasons a few of my first clients from February to March and December 2014 clients quotes and requests were deleted. What I love about photography is that it keeps you on your toes. Every shoot is a learning experience. Every shoot is different there are no 2 weddings alike. Since every shoot is different it's hard to compare each. I love all my sessions. So I don't have 1 favorite I have many favorites. Every client either is a repeat client or actually becomes a friend. So I consider them all new friends. When I start at couples and move to their lovely babies plus a boudoir or 2. We have fun and get to know each other. This year was amazing to get all of the Christmas cards and send so many more. We added 50 clients to our repeat business.

I had an excellent experience with Jolene!! She is Very professional and extremely nice. She has great props, great lighting, and is outstanding at taking pictures. She also will make you feel very comfortable during your sitting.

I really enjoyed the shoot.. Jolene was kind and guided me a long the whole thing..I felt confident, I had fun , and I was surprised to see how amazing I looked and the poses and angles I looked this good in.. Awesome work Jolene!!!! Thanks so much, we can do this all day! :-)

It was phenomenal I've never met someone more excited to do a shoot. There was souch positive energy. And she took amazing photos that I later used for my senior pictures. She knows exactly what she's doing. I was use Jolene Sietman ten times out of ten.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per shoot and anything extra is for prints or books. Certain packages have prints, books, or flash drives or DVDs included. My packages change pending on what you need. Repeat clients have an even lower set of pricing or life-time pricing pending on the type of session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we go over what is needed then I provide a quote. We pick a good date for both of us. Then I get their email and provide a contract along with suggestions sheets or questionnaires pending the type of shoot. We email/text ideas back and forth. If needed we sit down and talk about the up coming shoot and contract. Then after the shoot we still are in contact with Dropbox links, emails/text on products they are purchasing. After they receive their products we discuss other shoots or upcoming events they want shot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes and workshops on a regular basis. I am in the process of becoming a member in several photography associations. Photography is learning and changing everyday. Methods each person uses are different and with the internet learning others ways is important. The access to information is amazing. I have many friends in photography all over the world. I am continuously learning more each day.
