- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My employee's and I go off the job. Sometimes it's hard to quote a job over the phone. That's why my company offers free estimates. We can get to the job assess it then give customer price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to talk to them first so they know what to expect. I normally don't have my guys make contact with first call. I always try to make myself available so the customers know they are taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with alot of plumbers and when I was older I continued to do different styles of plumbing. I not both service and new construction.
