- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Family sessions start at $50 for a half hour session Senior/Graduation sessions start at $100 for an hour session Weddings start at $1000 for engagement and 6 hours of photography I do adjust my pricing if it is needed or necessary. I want to be able to photograph and make beautiful memories that will last for years, not have someone worried that they can't afford my prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation to get the formal details and an overall idea of what the client is looking for is the first step. If it is a simple portrait shoot then just a date, time, and location is all that is needed. If it is a wedding, after the first phone conversation, then a face to face meeting and if necessary interview, followed by going over all of the details and making sure that everything is all lined up and set for the big day Ensuring that everything is just what the bride and groom were hoping for and wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking classes and courses that will help me to become the most informed and the best photographer that I can be. There is always something to be learned about lighting, composition, or even my camera.
