Pathway Financial Design does fantastic work. I am newer to doing my taxes, so I have never used a service before. As such I was looking for a company that could not only answer my questions, but made me feel like I was a valuable client, not just one of thousands. Pathway Financial went above and beyond this. I've always done my own tax returns for many years. When I received a notice from the IRS, I knew I needed professionals on my side and I needed the work done in short order. My wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the work the folks at Pathway Financial did for our tax returns. They amended my returns due to a mistake I made, but more importantly, they discovered a large error the IRS made, which saved me a significant amount of money! And the icing on the cake....the fees Pathways charged is more than 1/2 to 2/3rds less anyone else would have charged. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very standard, charging per form used. A 1040A return is $125, a 1040 is $205.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please give us a call if you are interested in having us do your taxes. We will set up a time to meet with you and to briefly go over your information and answer any questions you may have. We will send out prior to our meeting, a Tax Organizer and Engagement Letter to help you prepare for your upcoming tax filing. We do not rush in preparing your taxes while you are here. We will contact you with any questions and the return is internally audited by our home office prior to notify you when we are finished.

We have over 120 hours of Comprehensive Income Tax Courses.
