- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No every tree is priced differently. Things that come into play when pricing a tree. Location of the tree on the property, how big the tree is. What the tree hangs over ( wires, home, garage etc.) if you want the tree hauled away, if you want the stump grinded out how big is the stump. This is why i give free quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make contact with the new customer. I set an appointment to go to there home and see there trees. While im there I discuss what there needs are and offer them an unbeatable price for the services they need done. I then fill out the necessary paperwork and get them scheduled for the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college education. Some skilled trades. Ive been a people person my whole life. I've been told im easy to do business with.
