Introduction: I have been in residential and commercial construction for 40yrs. Was a design build contractor of custom homes for 15 yrs. I am well rounded in all phases of construction. Prefer smaller jobs that larger company's pass up. Clean,thurough,and relatively quick. I really enjoy the work I do, I look at each job as a reflection of my abilities and skill set. After this long in the Building Trades I have learned a lot about people, myself, and what's expected of me.

I have a small apartment building and Les has saved my butt many times. From other contractors not finishing the job to fixing mistakes. I have had several "drop what you are doing issues" - electricity is out, water isn't running, heat isn't working, etc etc. and Les can usually be there within a few hours and has it fixed before I get an ulcer. I plan on having Les as a growing part of my business for a long time. Thank you Les!

Les did a fabulous job installing my wet bar. He exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the job, and that’s saying a lot (I’ve got pretty high expectations)! Due to the quality of work on this job, I plan on hiring Les for a series of home upgrades this spring and summer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a base per hour amount, smaller jobs have a two hour minimum, but it can be adjusted to the work being done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet to look at projects, discuss terms and schedule. I'm always open to changes as the work continues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of Hard Knocks. I trained with some real Craftsmen in the early years, they taught me the trade and how to treat people. I'm self taught AutoCAD, have design experience with a couple of architect's.
