He is a very nice guy, and so is his son who helped him at our home today. We had 10 storage items hung in our garage to maximize our space along with being able to park better :). He was clean and neat, made sure everything was level, and pre thought out the entire layout before starting, to make sure all walls would be functional and that the layout was at its best. Huge thank you to you!! We would highly recommend them to anyone, and will hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't work on an hourly basis. I quote most closets by the job, which includes design and Install. I prefer this method because i want to be fair if the job takes longer than expected. Also any return trips are not charged extra fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting would be needed to measure the space and get an idea of what styles and design they would like. I would send a quote with design for final approval before install date is set and product is ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through classes and received my residential builders license. I also have received factory design and installation training for both systems that I install.
