- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each and every project is different but we can assure you that providing the best possible value for our homeowners is at the very heart of what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a fairly painless phone conversation to make sure we can complete your project within your budget and within your time frame, we then visit you at your home. It is here that we begin the process of providing with the most accurate quote possible. If all looks good, we place you on the schedule, collect a deposit of 50% and begin selecting materials in preparation for day 1 of construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The nation's largest home builder trains their team members for eight months before they are allowed to talk to a potential customer. In addition, the customer service training is beyond incredible as they have won countless JD Power and Associates awards across the country. It was World Class training and we're so grateful that we had the opportunity.
