Brandon and his team were excellent. Quick and honest work! They cleared the overwhelming junk out of our barn and even cleaned up some over grown weeds around it. Very impressed! I will gladly recommend them to friends and family, and will always think of them for future jobs.

Junk Removal

I don’t take leaving a review lightly whether I have received excellent service or poor service. However, in this case I didn’t receive the service at all because they never showed up, which in my book is even worse. After booking this service on July 4th, complete with a detailed explanation of the need and providing several pictures he confirmed this was a job he could do and provided a quote for his services. So, as far as I was concerned we were all set. Services would be provided on Thursday, July 15th at 8AM. But, because I am professional in all of my dealings I sent a message on Monday, July 12th, to confirm and received no response. This was followed by subsequent messages on Tuesday, July 13th, and messages on Wednesday, July 14th, coupled with a phone call all of which went unanswered. Of course I’m panicking at this point, because my brother and I have flown in from out of town to facilitate this junk removal project for my 83 year old mother. So, the fact that he didn’t have the decency to respond to my multiple messages or show up for the job he confirmed to do makes this situation even worse. Because there is a time constraint component, as my brother and I were home for a limited amount of time, it was extremely important that we get this completed when we planned. It wasn’t until I threatened him with a horrible review on the day he didn’t bother to show that he responded within five minutes of me sending another message after 20 minutes after the 8AM hour. Pretty miraculous, huh? So he hadn’t fallen off the face of the earth! Instead he offered some lame explanation of having a family emergency and having driven from out of state 18 hours to get home and that he could still do the job at a discounted rate. All after driving 18 hours the night before. However, what he failed to understand was all of this could have been avoided had he possessed the professionalism to simply respond to at least one of my messages. Long story long, if you are in need of junk removal services in the Lansing area do yourself a favor and don’t use this service. Google “junk removal service” and secure a service who will show up or at the very least have the decency to let you know they aren’t coming. I was fortunate to find another service to do the job on the same day of the “no show” and they did an awesome job! They truly saved the day. Moral of this story is if you really need the job done keep looking!
