Arrived on time; very responsive; keen attention to detail on doc’s to be notarized, yet fast. Very responsive to solicitation on thumbtack and good value. Came to home to do notarization. Was very professional and pleasant to work with. Absolutely has my endorsement for this work. Donnie and Love were such wonderful people! I was worried that we'd feel judged about the condition of my mom's house as we've been in and out of the hospital with her after a severe injury that brought even bigger health concerns to light. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include mileage and service fees per document only. We offer 10% discounts for Social Workers, Military Service Members, Veterans, Military Spouse and First responders (with valid ID) as a special "Thank you" for your services!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is a Client requests quote and/or information. A client will need to know if they would like Remote (or) Mobile Notary service. Next, we're able to schedule an appointment, and take care of your Notary needs at the scheduled time. We travel to office, long term care, hospital, hospice, or home locations to name a few.
