The difference from before and after Suzanne's help was unbelievable. She didn't just help me organize, she helped me view my clutter in a new light and helped me to see the value in finding a home for everything so that everything isn't in piles. ! Suzanne has been a Godsend to work with and I look forward to continuing working with her on my organizing / reclaiming my home journey!
She answered my inquiry promptly and was able to attend to my rather urgent needs right away at a time when I was completely overwhelmed not able to do it myself!
Suzanne completely overhauled my bedroom in 2 days decluttering chaos, and organizing - leaving me with bedroom again & an upcoming new bed delivery!! ❤️
All during this she did it with grace, dignity and well as an actual caring human being - knowing how to treat the person with respect as there are a lot of emotions involved.
She even put me to work during the process - that I found to be therapeutic- the process of letting go of family heirlooms, clothing, books, memories.
Shes also a bonafide organizer counselor per se.

Susan is a really nice person to work with. She is a professional and hard worker. She helped us a lot on our project and made us much easier to settle in the new apartment. I would definitely recommend her as an excellent organizer. Moreover, her daughter Clara is a great helper and a nice girl to help the project done more efficiently.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizational jobs are based on the number of hours needed to finish a project. My hourly rate is $50/hr but I also offer discounts for my team rates: $75/hr for a team of 2 & $100/hr for a team of 3.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to get to know the customer and what their needs and goals are for the project. Assessment, virtual and hands-on sessions are scheduled as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught organizational expert. My natural abilities have grown through online studies, reading and countless hands-on projects over the years. My friends and family have always come to me for organizational help and advice. I am now a self-employed, licensed Professional Organizer
