Nick helped me out by rapidly responding to my need for a leak fix in my rental property. He was courteous and contacted the tenants to arrange a convenient time to show up, and provided photos before and after the repair. Nick is awesome! We had a plumbing issue that I wanted to fix ASAP as the water was continuously running for several days after trying to fix ourselves. He came the same day and it took him about 15 minutes total job. His price was very reasonable, $80 plus $17.00 part, so much so that I ensured I tipped! He offers alot of other handyman services and we will definitely hire Nick again soon! I have a LONG list of jobs and prefer to work with the same person if they do good work. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!

I don't charge hidden fees, I don't upsell materials,, My hourly rate is fair, I am not greedy or money driven, just an honest price for honest work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, then usually a few questions about what the customer wants completed, I try to understand there vision of what they want, and if possible offer suggestions to improve upon that vision
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have many certifications and a bachelor degree from university of Phoenix and have received several awards.
