- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack bid is just a shot in the dark, already your excited, or it's no way, but what are you paying for quality, craftsmanship, know how! So if we succeed in getting your attention, I prefer to meet at the work site, home, business meet the customer shake their hand, and view the project from the clients eye...give an estimate offer, I don't believe you can properly bid without seeing fully the customers needs and projects they have in mind. Then it's up to you the home owner, business owner, project manager to accept or reject said offer. Agreement, we schedule start date, finalization, or completion of project, material cost and needs, agreed amount, extra(remodeling sometimes you don't know what is behind the paint)...also upon agreement. Once agreed 1/3 down and rest upon completion. Material cost, general start up, signed both party, and witnessed contract agreed.

A meet and greet, and overview of the project, an appropriate and fair bid, understandable for the working class of today..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years experience in construction, from residential, home building, siding, roofing, insulation, drywall, and finishing..to commercial multi level buildings, steel studs, code drywall installation, commercial and home, finishing levels, all finishing tools trained. Repairs and texturing to blend into your existing.
