Great experience, on time for repair. very reasonable cost for my rear brakes/rotors. communicative, and let me know about other things on my car that will need repaired soon.

Very friendly and very honest. We had a brake inspection and oil change (2013 Lincoln Navigator) and even learned how to look through the little brake windows and see whether we’re still in the safe zone on brake pads. They like cats, so you can bring your cat out to say hi, too. Definitely recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My labor rate is $100 per hour. Repair estimates are based on the vehicle and the work needed. Diagnostic and inspection appointments have a one-hour minimum. Travel within my local Jackson service area is included; a travel fee may apply outside that area and will be disclosed before booking.
You’ll receive a written estimate, and any additional work requires your approval. If I supply the parts, a parts deposit secures your appointment and allows me to order them. If you supply the parts, the first hour of labor ($100) is prepaid to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your invoice, with the remaining balance due when the work is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering the vehicle information, service location, and a clear description of the customer’s concern. After reviewing the job, I provide a written estimate and explain what is included. Once the appointment is scheduled, I keep the customer updated, explain anything I find in plain language, and get approval before making changes to the original estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Michigan Master Certified Automobile Mechanic with 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. My background includes working as a technician and in both automotive management and parts. That well-rounded experience helps me approach repairs from both a technical and customer-service perspective, and I continue learning as vehicle technology changes.
