- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel the pricing is very reasonable rates compared to others and not only that your getting two great good guys to get the nod done…!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That would would intel contacting the client asking questions about rooms, pricing, when are you ready to move and would you need any packing services…and a quote about how long the move should take…!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Watching lots videos for training classes even demonstrating how to lift, handle and carry items properly…!
