Dave's associate did an excellent job installing a new vent. He was friendly, informative and professional. Soon after the original job was completed, my furnace went out. Dave personally walked my girlfriend through troubleshooting the issue, trying to save us money if it was a simple problem. He then came out and fixed our furnace at a very low cost. This is truly a five star company and will be receiving business from me and anyone I have the pleasure of speaking to for years to come.

Very good explanation of how the work would be done prior to starting. Blocked certain vents while cleaning others for best cleaning. Also did long dryer vent in condo. Did not rush their work. Very happy with their work and their price.

We were in desperate need of a good air duct cleaning. West Michigan Air Duct cleaned 12 vents and 1 dryer vent for a very reasonable price. The two men that came were very friendly. They took time to explain the process, were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
