We at One Coat Technologies manufacture epoxy and various floor protective coatings in Grand Rapids, and we supply a network of contractors in Michigan, Indiana, and Chicago, we also do installs so there are significant savings compared to independent contractors. Our installation starts at $4.00 a square foot.  This includes floor preparation, floor epoxy, decorative chip and Polyaspartic topcoat, 3-layer protection. We offer lifetime warranty on our products and services.

Fantastic company to work with. They were reasonable, punctual and did a great job. I had one small request after the install and they came back free of charge to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend these guys! Our garage floor looks great!

Eddie was a dream contractor to work with. He is cheerful and always respectful of our communication and appointment times. His work is detail-oriented, and the Boss is always present, supervising or directly doing the work. The job wasn't done until every detail was complete and satisfactory. He should be replicated across all construction and contracting arenas!

Excellent work, professional crew, on time, all work completed as stated during initial quote. The crew cleaned up and removed all materials. I would recommend one coat to anyone looking to have their floors coated with epoxy.

Outstanding in every way. Eddie was knowledgeable, and able to explain the advantages/disadvantages of epoxy vs polyaspartic garage floor coatings. AND...he could do either/both!! Once hired, he was on time, prepared, efficient, professional. When finished, he saw the very edge of the garage floor to driveway was lacking some coating, he came back to correct it. We recommend One Coat Technologies with 5stars+++
