- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been an automotive dealership professional on the retail side for 12 years, I worked with Cars.com and Edmunds.com for many years after that and decided that I wanted to offer products that dealers could use to connect with the consumer at the most critical point of the sales process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We create mobile videos that help our dealer clients show up on page one of Google when consumers search for their competitors. We also design powerful calls to action that engage consumers via text message with an instant incentive to visit the dealership.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are the only automotive text marketing provider with true auto industry experience. Other SMS providers are treating the dealership's texting like an outbound marketing tool for Starbucks and that is an approach that is unhealthy for the dealer and reflects negatively to the consumer. An even bigger concern is making sure that you're compliant and from all the competitors I've seen, we are the only one that is truly compliant with the TCPA changes from 10/2013 and the only one that delivers actual inbound, first party leads that buying vehicles.
