When I spoke to Wondwossen, the owner, on the phone and described the problem we were experiencing, he knew EXACTLY what the problem was. My original appointment was scheduled for 2 days later, but he agreed to come out earlier so that he could get the chemicals working. He took time to explain everything he was doing and why. He came back a few days later to vacuum the pool and helped to diagnose a larger problem that we had been doing. The pool is crystal clear now! We will be using him exclusively for all future pool needs!

Was very knowledgeable about pool maintenance. We had been having issues since last summer trying to get the pool cleaned and nothing helped. He came by and knew exactly what to do and our pool it clean and clear. We definitely will be calling him again.
