Introduction: I am more than just a trainer, I am a Health & Life Coach with 20 plus years of experience. I am connected with a circle of professionals that are able to guide you in health, finance, & real estate services. Regarding your health & wellness, I am never more than a phone call or an email away. Sometimes you need more than just workouts. You need help and encouragement along the way. The idea is to maintain consistency at the stage that you are currently in. If you are dealing with pain management, then you may need massage therapy before even beginning an exercise program. I am also a licensed Massage Therapist and a licensed Cosmetologist. I am fully invested in all 3 fields! Call me for a consultation for any of these fields. First time clients receive 15% discount on 1st session (massage, hair service or fitness). As we continue to deal with Covid19, I am now offering online Health Coaching appointments through Zoom or FaceTime. If you’re someone that’s just starting out you may need an hour appointment. However, if you’re in that stage of maintenance and just need fresh material or nutritional information, you may need 15-30 minute time slots. Allow me to devise a program that will propel you towards success in life!

Nikki is a fabulous stylist. She truly puts her heart into every cut, color and highlight appointment. She listens to my thoughts and then recommends what she would like to do to make sure we are on the same page. I receive compliments on my hair color and cut all of the time! She is simply the best.

It took less than 5 mins to feel like I’d known Nicole for years!! I was nervous going into a new stylist asking to be taken from red to blonde... She went above and beyond of what I imagined and I can’t thank her enough for such an amazing color!! If you’re looking for an amazing stylist who is warm and fun you should definitely reach out! My massage was excellent! I came unable to turn my neck to the right because I slept wrong but I left feeling great! Thank you Nicole. You are the bombdigity! LOL In all seriousness, I was in definite pain but the massage made me feel so much better! Yay!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $90 per session. If a client purchased six sessions I take $10 off each session. A package of 6 is $480. For couples, I charge $100 per session. If they purchase a package of six and receive $10 off each session. A package of six is $540.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to see what level of fitness and health the client is currently. From there, I program exercises as well as nutrition suggestions to begin the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education classes each year for fitness & massage therapy. I am a certified Stott Pilates Instructor for Reformer, Mat, Chair, Barrel & Cadillac. I’m also certified in Barre Intensity (Barre Classes) as well as an AFAA Cycling Instructor. I’m also a licensed Massage Therapist.
