Introduction: Most people are stepping way out of their comfort zones and are very nervous and insecure when starting dance lessons, especially their first one. I make sure everyone feels comfortable right away and teach in layers and tailor the lessons to your learning pace. We start at a preschool type level for beginners and move up accordingly. The feeling of dancing on time to music, knowing how to lead/follow, communicating with no words, this is magic. And fun!! I love sharing the magic of dance with everyone. Most people start dance lessons to learn steps, either for an event or for fun, but that's not why they continue. They continue for the physical, mental and emotional benefits of dance, which can only truly be experienced.
