We come prepared with a book of designs, yet we're also very creative and can accommodate custom requests. Designs are continuously updated to include the latest popular themes and characters. For parties we can make custom face painting and/or glitter tattoo stencils (up to three) at no additional charge.
We are also skilled at not only designs for kids, but also designs for young adults and adults. Themed parties are a specialty, including birthdays, senior all-night parties, holiday parties, sporting events, festivals, fairs and more.
We love the creative freedom, the challenge of special requests and watching kids' faces light up when they look in the mirror. Face painting, body art and glitter tattoos are all available.

Had a wonderful experience working with Facepaint MI. She showed up early to set up, called two days prior to confirm, and everyone enjoyed the face painting and balloon twist work that was done!

Robin, showed up early so she could started on time. She interacted very well with Adults & Children. She had lots of designs/ characters/ tattoos for the kids to choose from. Would definitely use again. I highly recommend hiring her for your party!

This was my first time and I was nervous but as soon as I met Robin she put me at ease. She quickly figured out what I wanted and began. The result was awesome. I had so many compliments. I would recommend anyone to seek out Robin Danek for face painting, body art, henna, and balloon artistry.
Robin was amazing, she did an excellent job painting the kids faces and they loved the glitter tattoos. My twin daughters couldn't of had a better birthday party! I am really glad we picked Robin for this.

What can I say about Robin? well many things, number one she was great, on time, great with the kids, patient and kind, it was great working with her and she is great at what she does, I truly enjoyed her. Would I hire again? absolutely. I f you want face painting and balloon fun done right and professional, Robin is the go to person. ( please excuse side ways pics).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hourly. Daily and per piece pricing is also available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor of Business Administration with a strong minor or graphic design and years of experience in drawing, illustration and marketing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some things to think about for face painting are:
1) How many guests will want their faces painted? You can figure 5 minutes on average per face for a combination of cheek art, partial face and full face designs.
2) Do you want an option for guests that don't want their faces painted? Glitter tattoos are a nice option for this. They last 3-5 days and will stand up to water and sweat.
3) When should the face painter come? Plan to have the face painter during a time when there aren't planned activities (like cake and present for a birthday party). I recommend having the face painter there early, as guests can get their faces painted as the party is getting into full swing.
