FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based upon the quality of my work. I use a professional camera (Sony a7iii) and I have 3 different lenses: 50mm, 24-70mm Zeiss, 70-200mm. This make a huge difference in the quality of the pictures. I also take into consideration the time I spend editing them as well as my experience, my positive feedback from customers and my ability to work smoothly under pressure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually prefer getting to know my customers before the photoshoot. This way, me and the customer will feel more comfortable at the time of the shooting. If the customer can’t meet me before the event/day of the photoshoot, I usually keep in contact through the phone and messages, clarifying every possible question the customer may have and making sure everything is set and ready for the photoshoot day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I honestly learned everything I know online. Internet is a open world where you can learn everything you need. I watched over 500+ hours of YouTube and SkillShare videos to get to know everything I know about photography so far. I don’t believe you need to have completed a course or a diploma to be a photographer. I honestly think the ability and the eyes for the exact moment to take a picture are the most important thing. I know people that have spent thousands of dollars with courses and diplomas in photography but they realized they didn’t have the eye and the ability for it, or they couldn’t cope with the pressure at certain events. They knew everything about photography, but they were not good photographers.
