Many thanks to Jake and Matt at Lake State Cleaning for the excellent work they did today on our gutters! They were very courteous, explained all the work they were planning to do and cleaned up exceptionally well once they were done. I'm very pleased with all the work that was done and will recommend Lake State to others.
Lake State Cleaning's reply
Thank you for the wonderful feedback, Kevin! It means a lot to us that you’d recommend Lake State Cleaning. Jake and Matt will be proud to hear it!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, competitive pricing tailored to each project's needs. Our annual service plans for gutter cleaning come with significant value—bundled cleanings, emergency services, and discounts on additional services like house washing and dryer vent cleaning. Customers can choose to pay per visit or receive a 3% discount for paying up front. We always provide clear estimates with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and professional. First, we listen to your needs and inspect the property if needed. Then we provide a detailed, customized quote. Once you approve, we schedule your service with clear communication and follow-through. After the work is completed, we confirm results with photos and check in to ensure you’re fully satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are thoroughly trained in both industry-standard and proprietary techniques for power washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and surface restoration.
