Chris and Storm Guard Roofing are amazing. They came out to my home and did an inspection on a roof I had just installed that was done incorrectly. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond. He wrote a detailed report and helped me work with the city and has been wonderful in helping me hold the company accountable. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are usually told by customers that our pricing is in the middle of the bids they receive. We are not the most expensive contractor but also not the cheapest.
We believe in providing a number we can stand behind when bidding a job - not hooking customers with a low up front number only to come to them with change orders when the roof is opened and the customer is vulnerable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the customer's home to validate the scope of the project. We provide a thorough inspection - usually involving both the roof top and the attic - and follow it with a price we will stand behind. We are not a HIGH PRESSURE sales organization that will "try calling the manager to see if we can provide a discount."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed residential builder with hundreds of roofs installed / repaired.
We are certified by Lomanco for the design and installation of attic ventilation systems.
We are a Preferred contractor through Owens Corning (though we repair all shingle manufacturer's products with their shingles).
