Introduction: I keep my prices affordable and i keep my hours flexible to meet my customers needs. I also charge less then 50% of what most shops charge(my dollar per hour is lower by at least 50% although the total bill maybe higher or lower depending on services rendered and parts).
I am the owner operator. I dont have to ask to see if i can approve a reduced rate or discount to my customers

Over the time we've known Clayton, he has repaired several of our vehicles and my husband and I recommend him highly. His prices are affordable, the problems were fixed correctly, and we got our car back usually the same or next day. We now refer him to all our family and friends when we hear they are looking for a good, trusted mechanic or hear they are having car problems.
Last winter, my husband and I were in an accident involving a young driver slidding through the intersection and slamming into us. The car was totalled and barely able to drive it. We called Clayton to inform him of what happened, and he actually drove right out to the accident to follow us and insure we made it back home.
Clayton ended up helping us select a car that was identical to ours that had a great body and blown engine. He then installed the good engine from our smashed car into the "twin" that had the great body. When all was said and done, we ended up with a much, much nicer car than the one we had before the accident, and he made it work with the insurance money we had to work with!

The biggest problem I find with auto work is how much shops charge. It's common around this area to have shops ask $75, $100, and $125 per hour in labor. This puts costs well out of reach for most repairs.
Proactive Auto Solutions provides me with great work at a rate I can afford. They've breathed new life into my civic. Replacements to date include, brakes(drums, rotors, calipers, and pads all 4 wheels), clutch and flywheel, and front drive axles. Clayton knows his cars and I trust his work with my life.

Thanks to Clayton, I have learned how to keep my car maintained properly so I don't end up with big, expensive problems down the road. With his affordable prices, mechanical mastery and quick turn-around time, I don't take my car anywhere else!
