What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call first to make sure of the clients needs and my ability to meet them. Then I like to arrange a face to face meeting to discuss the work they need done in detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The last position I held before I started my business in 2016 was Director of Finance. I worked for that company for 10 years. I started working in accounting in 1986.
