Had them extend a gas line to hookup my stacker unit. They were knowledgeable and knew the previous install wasn’t done properly and were able to remedy that while they added the gas line. There was a minor issue where my pilot didn’t re-lite and they came back out within a couple hours of me calling to light it for me. Great guys who didn’t blow up my house while working on my gas lines, will definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive, and my work will not disappoint. All standard installation work is guaranteed for 60 days upon completion. Pricing includes standard installation only. Any parts, hole modifications or moving of large appliances is extra upon installation. Haul-away for most old appliances is free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you’re a new customer or an existing customer, it is always important to me to discuss and go over the details of your project at great length. In doing this, it helps me understand your expectations so I can ensure that they are met when the installation is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background covers a variety of fields stretching from engineering and business to construction and handyman services. From that experience, and time in the field resulting in hundreds of successful appliance installations; I am able to perform my work with confidence while creating an exceptional customer experience.
