- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job. Deep cleans, monthly, one time cleans and holiday cleans are more than weekly or bi-weekly only because there is more detail and time involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to do an estimate/meet and greet. I can also do estimates over the phone or text. I always make sure to explain my services and find out what the clients expectations are. I encourage you to share any thing that you want done a specific way or if there is certain cleaning products you want used. I want to make this experience as awesome as possible for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to nursing school for my bachelor's degree in Science. I completed 8 years and had to drop out of my clinical program because I had my daughter, Olivea. When I was ready to go back and finish, it was so hard to get back in the program. The waiting list was a few years. I am trained and educated in BBP, OSHA, MSDS, Chemical Hazards in the workplace, Environmental Safety, and Handwashing Guidelines. I found that even though I was taught these things when I was in the medical field, all of them pertain to housekeeping. Staying safe and healthy are my top priorities for my staff and clients. I continue to stay educated and provide training for my staff.
